Postage and tracking

You pay postage once per basket, however many cards you add. The service is picked by what your basket is worth, so a valuable order never goes out without cover.

    Royal Mail 2nd Class

    Untracked, covered up to £20.00.

    Or upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£2.95) or Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£3.95) or Special Delivery by 1pm (£9.95).

  2. Bag £20.00 to £74.99

    £2.95

    Royal Mail Tracked 48

    Tracked, covered up to £75.00.

    Or upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£3.95) or Special Delivery by 1pm (£9.95).

  3. Bag £75.00 and over

    £9.95

    Special Delivery by 1pm

    Tracked and signed for, covered up to £750.00.

  • Posted within 2 working days

    Every order shows its dispatch deadline. Weekends don't count, so an order paid on Friday evening goes out early the next week.

  • A photo of every packed order

    We photograph your cards and the sealed packet before it goes in the post, so there's a record of what was sent.

  • Tracking by email

    Tracked services come with a Royal Mail tracking number, emailed and shown on your order page.

  • UK addresses only, for now

    We post from the UK to addresses in the UK.

Why you can't choose less cover

Royal Mail only pays out up to each service's cover limit, and untracked post can't prove delivery. Picking the service by basket value protects you if something goes missing, and it keeps postage cheap on small orders.

Baskets from more than one shop

Each shop posts its own parcel, so you pay postage once per shop. The basket shows this before you pay.

Very valuable orders

Special Delivery covers up to £750.00 as standard. For anything worth more, we'll get in touch to arrange extra cover before we post it.

If it doesn't arrive

Give it until the expected date on your order page, then use Report a problem on the order. For tracked parcels we'll chase Royal Mail and refund you if it's lost. See returns and refunds for the rest.
